研究目的：

本项目旨在解决KOA患者在传统太极拳训练膝关节负荷差异所致的康复效应异质性的临床问题，希望通过个体化训练指导提高太极拳对 KOA患者的康复效应。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to solve the clinical problem of heterogeneous rehabilitation effects caused by the difference in knee joint load during traditional Tai Chi training in KOA patients, hopes to improve the rehabilitation effect of Tai Chi on KOA patients through individualized training guidance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准； 2.年龄在50至75岁之间； 3.Kellgren/Lawrence（K/L）标准定为1至3级； 4.既往参与过申请人所在课题组组织实施的太极拳训练项目 5.无核磁扫描禁忌症； 6.自愿参加，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2.Aged between 50 and 75 years; 3.Classified as Grade 1 to 3 according to the Kellgren/Lawrence (K/L) criteria; 4.Have previously participated in the Tai Chi training program organized by the applicant's research team; 5.No contraindications for MRI scanning; 6.Willing to participate and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.各种急性、感染性、传染性疾病，内脏功能不全者；其他神经系统或肌肉骨骼系统的疾病影响运动模式者，如中风、认知障碍、骨折、类风湿性关节炎等患者； 2.近3个月内曾行关节内类固醇注射或关节镜手术；近6个月内曾行关节内透明质酸注射；在一年内准备进行全膝关节置换术者； 3.正在参与其他临床试验且会影响本研究结局评价者； 4.其他原因不能配合评估及检测者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with various acute, infectious, or contagious diseases, or those with visceral organ dysfunction; patients with other neurological or musculoskeletal diseases that affect movement patterns, such as stroke, cognitive impairment, fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. 2.Patients who have undergone intra-articular steroid injection or arthroscopic surgery within the past 3 months; patients who have received intra-articular hyaluronic acid injection within the past 6 months; patients who are scheduled to undergo total knee replacement surgery within one year. 3.Patients currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the outcome evaluation of this study. 4.Patients who are unable to cooperate with the assessments and tests for other reasons.
