研究目的：

本研究的目的是探索一种糖尿病治疗的新方法，为肾动脉消融治疗糖尿病提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore a new method for the treatment of diabetes, and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of diabetes by renal artery ablation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁； 2.经过药物治疗后诊室血压收缩压>=140且<=170mmHg，或者舒张压>=90mmHg且<=110mmHg，且在入组前至少2周内药物治疗无变化； 3.诊断为2型糖尿病，且空腹血糖>=7mmol/L或者糖化血红蛋白>=6.5%且<=9.0%，接受稳定降糖治疗>=3个月（如口服药或胰岛素）； 4.自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. Systolic blood pressure >=140 and <=170mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=90mmHg and <=110mmHg after drug treatment, and there was no change in drug therapy for at least 2 weeks before enrollment; 3. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and fasting blood glucose >=7mmol/L or glycosylated hemoglobin >=6.5% and <=9.0%, receiving stable glucose-lowering therapy for >=3 months (such as oral medication or insulin); 4. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.继发性高血压（如肾动脉狭窄、嗜铬细胞瘤、原发性醛固酮增多症等）； 2. 1型糖尿病或糖尿病急性并发症（如酮症酸中毒、高渗状态）；严重糖尿病并发症（如终末期肾病、增殖性视网膜病变、截肢史）； 3.肾动脉狭窄、严重肾功能不全（eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m^2）或依赖透析； 4.3个月内发生过急性心肌梗死、卒中、不稳定性心绞痛或血运重建术、 严重心律失常（如室颤）或心力衰竭（NYHA III-IV级）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertension (such as renal artery stenosis, pheochromocytoma, primary aldosteronism, etc.); 2. Type 1 diabetes mellitus or acute complications of diabetes mellitus (e.g., ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar state); Severe diabetic complications (e.g., end-stage renal disease, proliferative retinopathy, history of amputation); 3. Renal artery stenosis, severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m^2) or dialysis-dependent; 4. Acute myocardial infarction, stroke, unstable angina pectoris or revascularization, severe arrhythmia (such as ventricular fibrillation), or heart failure (NYHA class III-IV) within 3 months.
