研究目的：

本次研究的主要目的在于评估甘露糖能否促进健康人群血脂中的胆固醇排出，同时评估甘露糖能否降低高热量饮食人群发生心血管疾病的风险性或影响血脂相关指标。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate whether mannose can promote the excretion of cholesterol in blood lipids of healthy people, and at the same time, to evaluate whether mannose can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease or affect blood lipid related indicators in people with high calorie diet.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1）18-30岁健康成人，体重（BMI）指数22-24； 2）可严格按照研究方案控制日常饮食并按时服用甘露糖的人员； 3）临床医生检查后入组。

Inclusion criteria

1) Healthy adults aged 18-30 years, body mass index (BMI) 22-24; 2) Those who can strictly control their daily diet and take mannose on time according to the research protocol; 3) The patients were enrolled after examination by clinicians.

排除标准：

1）有基础疾病或家族遗传病史； 2）不同意签署知情同意者； 3）经医生认定身体条件不允许者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Have underlying disease or family genetic history; 2) Those who do not agree to sign informed consent; 3) Those whose physical conditions are not allowed by the doctor.

第一阶段：志愿者饮食严格遵循《中国居民膳食指南（2022）》。饮食能量来源占比为：碳水化合物60%、脂肪25%、蛋白质15%。每日进食热量限制为女性小于1950千卡，男性小于2250千卡。除纯水外，禁止摄入其他食物及饮料。 第二阶段：在重复第一阶段相同饮食且进食量一致的基础上，每天额外服用甘露糖，剂量暂定为1g/次，每日3次。 每阶段时间持续7-14d,第一阶段与第二阶段保持相同天数，根据志愿者个人意愿及生理状况而定。
