基于双CBCT配准技术实现术前方案的映射转移是机器人种植手术的重要环节,但由此带来的额外辐射剂量和准备工作是显著的临床痛点。通过口扫数据与术前CBCT进行配准有望解决上述问题,但由于两者信息匹配度差,配准精度通常不高。通过多模态医学图像的深度学习配准系统,可解决口颌系统多源数据融合的临床应用中的关键问题,即多模态口腔医学数据的自动高精度配准,该系统由基于nn U-Net的CBCT影像牙齿分割模型和基于GeoTransformer的自动配准模型构成。目前该技术已研发成熟,但在临床中尚无规模化应用。本项目将采用该配准技术完成不少于100例机器人种植手术病例,并系统性分析其临床效果,该技术具有先进的技术领先地位和重大的临床实际意义。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Mapping transfer of preoperative plans based on dual CBCT registration technology is an important part of robotic implant surgery, but the additional radiation dose and preparation work caused by this are significant clinical pain points. Registration through oral scan data and preoperative CBCT is expected to solve the above problems, but due to poor information matching between the two, the registration accuracy is usually not high. Through the deep learning registration system of multi-modal medical images, the key problem in the clinical application of multi-source data fusion of the oral and maxillofacial system can be solved, that is, the automatic high-precision registration of multi-modal oral medical data. The system is based on nn U -Net's CBCT image tooth segmentation model and an automatic registration model based on GeoTransformer. At present, this technology has been developed and matured, but it has not yet been applied on a large scale in clinical practice. This project will use this registration technology to complete no less than 100 cases of robotic implant surgery and systematically analyze its clinical effects. This technology has advanced technological leadership and great clinical significance. |

1) 牙列缺损;2)年龄在 18 岁至 70 岁之间,不限性别;3)无严重骨缺损;4) 良好的口腔卫生和总体健康状况;5) 开口至少 35 毫米;6)缺牙区邻牙健康 |

1) Defects in the dentition; 2) Aged between 18 and 70 years old, regardless of gender; 3) No serious bone defects; 4) Good oral hygiene and general health; 5) Opening of at least 35 mm; 6) Defects Health of adjacent teeth in the dental area |

1)怀孕; 2) 未控制的全身性疾病(如高血压、糖尿病、出血性疾病);3)吸 烟(≥10 支/天)和酗酒;4)有辐射暴露禁忌症;5)对丙烯酸树脂过敏;6)种 植治疗的一般禁忌症。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1) Pregnancy; 2) Uncontrolled systemic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, hemorrhagic diseases); 3) Smoking (>=10 cigarettes/day) and alcohol abuse; 4) Contraindications to radiation exposure; 5) Tolerance to acrylic resin Allergies; 6) General contraindications to implant treatment. |
