研究目的：

（1）探究环泊酚复合利多卡因的用药方式与环泊酚复合阿芬太尼对术中体动的抑制效果。 （2）探究术中环泊酚复合利多卡因的麻醉方法是否可以维持稳定的循环以及减轻对呼吸的抑制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Exploring the medication mode of cyclosporine combined with lidocaine and the inhibitory effect of cyclosporine combined with fentanyl on intraoperative body movement. (2) Exploring whether the anesthesia method of using cyclosporine combined with lidocaine during surgery can maintain stable circulation and reduce respiratory inhibition.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①美国麻醉医师协会ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级； ②择期全麻下无痛取卵手术的女性患者； ③年龄18-60岁； ④18kg/m2≤BMI≤30kg/m2；

Inclusion criteria

1. American Society of anesthesiologists ASA grade I - II; 2. Female patients undergoing painless egg retrieval under general anesthesia; 3. Age 18-60 years old; 4. 18kg/m^2 <= BMI <= 30kg/m^2;

排除标准：

①严重高血压病、糖尿病; ②有镇静镇痛药物成瘾史和严重过敏病例

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe hypertension and diabetes; 2. History of sedative and analgesic drug addiction and severe allergic cases

所有手术由同一组麻醉医生和手术医生进行操作，麻醉医生对分组知情，术中数据由研究人员A记录。所有数据最终交给研究人员B（负责进行统计分析，不参加其它实验部分）进行汇总统计。在研究过程中患者，手术医生以及研究人员A、B均不知道患者的分组。

Blinding：

All operations were performed by the same group of anesthesiologists and surgeons. The anesthesiologists were informed of the grouping, and the intraoperative data were recorded by researcher A. All data are finally handed over to researcher B (who is responsible for statistical analysis and does not participate in other experimental parts) for summary and statistics. During the study, patients, surgeons and researchers A and B did not know the grouping of patients.
