研究目的：

本研究旨在通过我院行外倒转孕产妇人群临床医疗数据，回顾性分析影响外倒转术成功的因素，同时构建基于人工神经网络的外道转成功预测模型，分析其应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the success of external cephalic version(ECV)by using the clinical medical data of pregnant women who underwent ECV in our hospital.Additionally,it seeks to construct a prediction model for the success of ECV based on artificial neural networks and evaluate its application value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

单胎、妊娠≥36周后经超声证实为臀位、有自然分娩意愿。

Inclusion criteria

Singleton pregnancy,confirmed as breech presentation by ultrasound after >=36 weeks of gestation,and with the intention of a vaginal delivery.

排除标准：

多胎妊娠、胎膜早破、胎心监护异常、子宫畸形、子痫前期、产前出血或存在剖宫产绝对指征。

Exclusion criteria：

Multiple pregnancies,preterm rupture of membranes,abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring,uterine anomalies,preeclampsia,antepartum hemorrhage,or presence of absolute indications for cesarean section.
