研究目的：

对于大小在20mm-40mm之间的非带蒂结肠直肠息肉，tip-in UEMR是否优于ESD。  

Objectives of Study：

For non-pedunculated colonic or rectal polyps with diameters ranging from 20mm to 40mm, is tip-in UEMR superior to ESD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

非带蒂结直肠病变，20-40mm大小。

Inclusion criteria

Non-pedunculated colorectal lesions, 20-40 mm in size.

排除标准：

包括有蒂病变，内镜切除后残留病变，家族性息肉病综合征，炎症性肠病患者的病变，病变可疑黏膜下深浸润（基于白光形态及放大NBI评估），以及患者不愿提供书面知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

These include pedunculated lesions, residual lesions after endoscopic resection, familial polyposis syndrome, lesions in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, lesions suspected of deep submucosal invasion (based on white light morphology and magnified NBI assessment), and patients unwilling to provide written informed consent.

在初次切除后6个月进行随访结肠镜检查。找到既往切除的疤痕，NBI评估是否病变残留，并对疤痕进行活检，以在组织学上确认没有残留

Follow-up colonoscopy is performed 6 months after the initial resection. The scar from the previous resection is identified, NBI is performed to assess for residual disease, and the scar is biopsied to histologically confirm the absence of residual disease.
