研究目的：

（1）评估《老年人误吸的预防》团体标准在养老机构的应用情况以及照护人员对团标条目的认知、信念水平及执行情况，明确应用过程中的促进和阻碍因素。 （2）制订一套科学、有效、可行的适用于养老机构的《老年人误吸的预防》团体标准转化行动方案。 （3）实施《老年人误吸的预防》团体标准转化行动方案，评价该方案的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Evaluate the application of the "Prevention of Aspiration in Older Adults" group standard in elderly care institutions, as well as caregivers' levels of cognition, beliefs, and implementation of the standard's items, and identify the facilitating and hindering factors in the application process. (2) Develop a scientific, effective, and feasible action plan for the implementation of the "Prevention of Aspiration in Older Adults" group standard in elderly care institutions. (3) Implement the action plan for the "Prevention of Aspiration in Older Adults" group standard and evaluate the effectiveness of its application.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）老年人： 1）60岁及以上的老年人； 2）有误吸史、意识障碍、长期卧床、留置人工气道的高危因素或有出现误吸风险清单中的任意一项； 3）相关医疗护理记录资料完整者。 （2）照护人员： 1）护士应获得国家卫生健康委员会颁发的中华人民共和国护士执业资格证，且执业注册有效； 2）护理员应为对老年人直接提供照护服务的全职养老护理员； 3）在所在养老机构工作时间不少于3个月。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Older Adults: 1) Individuals aged 60 years or older; 2) Those with a history of aspiration, impaired consciousness, long-term bed rest, artificial airway placement, or any one of the high-risk factors listed in the aspiration risk checklist; 3) Those with complete and relevant medical and nursing records. (2) Caregivers: 1) Nurses must hold a valid Nurse Practicing Certificate issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China, and their registration must be current; 2) Caregivers must be full-time elderly care workers who directly provide care services to older adults; 3) They must have worked in the respective elderly care institution for at least 3 months.

排除标准：

（1）老年人： 1）因各种原因无法继续参与者； 2）在研究期间离开养老院一周以上者。 （2）照护人员：调查期间请假、外出进修或离职的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Older Adults: 1) Those who are unable to continue participating for any reason; 2) Those who leave the elderly care institution for more than one week during the study period. (2) Caregivers: Those who are on leave, away for training, or have resigned during the survey period.
