探讨使用大语言模型对话系统对全膝关节置换患者在围手术期间（术前和术后早期）焦虑情绪的缓解效果，与常规的术前教育和心理支持相比，评估其有效性和可行性.  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effectiveness and feasibility of using a large language model dialogue system to alleviate anxiety in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty during the perioperative period (preoperative and early postoperative), compared to conventional preoperative education and psychological support

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄为50-80岁，计划进行全膝关节置换术的患者。 2. 患者有轻至中度的术前焦虑情绪（根据焦虑自评量表[SAS]评估）。 3. 签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 50-80 who plan to undergo total knee replacement surgery. 2. The patient has mild to moderate preoperative anxiety (assessed according to the Self Rating Anxiety Scale [SAS]). 3. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1. 有严重认知障碍或精神疾病的患者。 2. 语言沟通障碍或不适合使用智能设备者。 3. 已接受过其他系统性的心理干预治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness. 2. Language communication barriers or those who are not suitable for using smart devices. 3. Individuals who have received other systemic psychological interventions.
