研究目的：

肝移植术是目前终末期肝病最有效的治疗手段，但是肝移植术可引起显著的血流动力学改变，引起心衰及心律失常等严重心血管事件，并且是肝移植术后第三大死亡原因。因此，加强术前心血管事件风险评估至关重要，然而目前尚未良好的相关预测模型，本研究拟通过前瞻性队列研究，探索基于血清β1肾上腺素受体抗体（anti-beta-1-renergic receptor antibodies，抗β1-AR）预测肝移植术后早期心血管事件模型，提高高危人群的术前术中心血管风险因素管理，从而降低肝移植术后早期心血管事件的发生风险。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, liver transplantation is the most effective treatment for end-stage liver disease, but liver transplantation can cause significant hemodynamic changes, lead to serious cardiovascular events such as heart failure and arrhythmia, and is the third leading cause of death after liver transplantation. Risk assessment is essential, therefore, to strengthen the preoperative cardiovascular events, but has not been a good prediction model, proposed by prospective cohort study, this study explore serum beta 1 adrenaline receptor antibody (anti - beta - 1 - renergicreceptorantibodies, The anti-β1-AR model for predicting early cardiovascular events after liver transplantation can improve preoperative management of cardiovascular risk factors in high-risk populations, thereby reducing the risk of early cardiovascular events after liver transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18-70岁，性别不限；
2.因各种病因近期拟行肝移植，如肝衰竭、肝硬化、肝癌；
3.签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; 2.Liver transplantation was recently proposed for various causes, such as liver failure, cirrhosis, and liver cancer; 3.Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.左心室收缩功能下降(射血分数< 45%)；
2.右室功能下降和/或明显的右室扩张；
3.重度肺动脉高压(PASP)≥35mmHg；
4.无法经治疗改善的严重结构性瓣膜异常(主动脉狭窄/返流，二尖瓣狭窄/返流、三尖瓣狭窄/返流)；
5.无法经治疗改善的严重冠状动脉疾病；
6.合并症状的颈动脉疾病；
7.合并难以根治的肝外恶性肿瘤；
8.合并难以控制的感染(包括细菌、真菌和病毒感染）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Left ventricular systolic function was decreased (ejection fraction LT; 45%) ; 2.Decreased right ventricular function and/or significant right ventricular dilatation; 3.Severe pulmonary hypertension (PASP)≥35mmHg; 4.Severe structural valve abnormalities that cannot be improved by treatment (aortic stenosis/regurgitation, mitral stenosis/regurgitation, tricuspid stenosis/regurgitation); 5.Severe coronary artery disease that does not improve with treatment; 6.Carotid artery disease with symptoms; 7.Combined with refractory extrhepatic malignancy; 8.Complicating hard-to-control infections (including bacterial, fungal, and viral infections).
