纳入标准：

所有纳入标准符合目前国内特定疾病的诊疗指南 内镜微创治疗手术分多种术式，包括食管、胃、结肠黏膜病变内镜下切除，胃黏膜下肿物切除、固有肌层肿物全程挖除术，例如EMR、STER、内镜下全层切除术(Endoscopic Full Thickness Resection,EFTR)中的应用。所有纳入标准符合目前国内特定疾病的诊疗指南。 例如：食管经内镜黏膜下剥离术纳入标准： 食管病变符合2022年《中国食管癌筛查与早诊早治指南》中食管早期癌和癌前病变的明确诊断标准：食管早期癌指病灶局限于黏膜层的食管浸润性癌，无论有无区域淋巴结转移；食管癌前病变包括食管鳞状上皮细胞异型增生和 Barrett 食管异型增生。病变范围均小于食管周径3/4； 均经病理学等相关临床检查确诊； 病理为食管癌的患者，术前完善超声内镜评估病变侵润深度：术前超声内镜检查提示病灶局限在食管黏膜层，未侵犯黏膜下层及肌层，或轻微浸润黏膜下层(黏膜下浸润深度200m)； 耐受全麻气管插管麻醉； 纳入研究者均知晓本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

All inclusion criteria comply with the current diagnosis and treatment guidelines for specific diseases in China Endoscopic minimally invasive treatment surgery is divided into various surgical procedures, including endoscopic resection of esophageal, gastric, and colonic mucosal lesions, resection of gastric submucosal masses, and complete removal of intrinsic muscle layer masses, such as EMR, STER, and endoscopic full thickness resection (EFTR). All inclusion criteria comply with the current diagnosis and treatment guidelines for specific diseases in China. For example, the inclusion criteria for endoscopic submucosal dissection of the esophagus are: Esophageal lesions meet the clear diagnostic criteria for early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions in the 2022 Chinese Guidelines for Screening, Early Diagnosis, and Early Treatment of Esophageal Cancer: Early esophageal cancer refers to invasive esophageal cancer with lesions limited to the mucosal layer, regardless of whether there is regional lymph node metastasis; Esophageal precancerous lesions include esophageal squamous epithelial cell dysplasia and Barrett's esophageal dysplasia. The extent of the lesions is less than 3/4 of the circumference of the esophagus; Confirmed through pathological and other relevant clinical examinations; For patients with pathological diagnosis of esophageal cancer, preoperative comprehensive endoscopic ultrasound evaluation of lesion invasion depth: Preoperative endoscopic ultrasound examination suggests that the lesion is limited to the esophageal mucosal layer, without invading the submucosal and muscular layers, or slightly infiltrating the submucosal layer (submucosal invasion depth of 200m); Tolerant general anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia; All included researchers are aware of this study and have signed informed consent forms.

排除标准：

伴有原发性心、肺、肝、脑等器官疾病者； 除纳入疾病所选病变外存在其他组织器官肿瘤者； 存在凝血功能障碍及血液系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with primary organ diseases such as heart, lung, liver, and brain 2: Patients with tumors in other tissues and organs besides the selected disease included 3: Individuals with coagulation dysfunction and hematological disorders.
