研究目的：

通过随机对照的研究设计，研究酵母葡聚糖对3岁儿童呼吸道感染疾病预防与康复的作用;进而为此作用提供科学、严谨的研究证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a randomized controlled study design, the research aims to investigate the effects of yeast β-glucan on the prevention and recovery of respiratory infections in 3-year-old children, thereby providing scientific and rigorous evidence for this effect.

纳入标准：

1:满3周岁，小于4周岁，体格发育正常的儿童；

Inclusion criteria

1: Children over 3 years old, under 4 years old, with normal physical development;

排除标准：

1:身体有残疾、有先天疾病、有食物过敏史、有消化道传染病等与免疫力相关疾病的儿童，排除出本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Children with disablities,congenitaldiseases, a histony of food alergies, gastrointestinalinfectious diseases, and other immune related diseases were excluded from this study;
