研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过在河池市宜州区幼儿园给3岁儿童涂布两种不同品牌的氟漆，通过综合分析比较儿童使用不同品牌氟漆后的患龋率，以期为广西学龄前儿童预防龋齿筛选更合适的药物提高参考。同时进一步评价某种措施在广西河池3岁儿童乳牙龋干预方案中的经济学意义，为某品牌氟漆作为公共卫生项目推广的可行性奠定基础。通过口腔健康宣教和定期为学龄前儿童涂布防龋药物，望能够有效降低学龄前儿童患龋率，提高儿童的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to apply two different brands of fluoride varnish to 3-year-old children in kindergartens in Yizhou District, Hechi City, and to comprehensively analyze and compare the caries rate of children after using fluoride varnishes from different brands, in order to provide references for selecting more suitable drugs for the prevention of dental caries in preschool children in Guangxi. Additionally, the economic significance of a certain measure in the intervention plan for dental caries in 3-year-old children in Hechi, Guangxi is evaluated, laying the foundation for the feasibility of promoting a certain brand of fluoride varnish as a public health project.

纳入标准：

1.所有入试儿童均年满3周岁（至调查之日起，3岁≤年龄﹤4岁）；
2.研究过程中愿意配合检查的儿童；
3.能在两年内持续参加该项研究；
4.儿童监护人知情同意，愿意参加该研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.All children entering the trial are at least 3 years old (as of the survey date, 3 years <= age < 4 years). 2.Children who are willing to cooperate with the examination during the study. 3.Children who can continuously participate in the study within a two-year period. 4.Guardians of the children are informed and consent to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.患有严重全身系统性疾病者； 2.过敏体质或有哮喘史； 3.无法配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe systemic diseases. 2.Individuals with allergic constitution or a history of asthma who cannot cooperate with the investigation. 3.Individuals who cannot cooperate with the investigation.
