研究目的：

借助病案系统，收集患者资料，采用大数据回顾性分析硬膜外分娩镇痛对严重孕产妇发病率的保护作用，尤其是对高龄高危产妇的保护作用。  

Objectives of Study：

With the help of a case system, patient data were collected and big data were used to retrospectively analyze the protective effect of epidural labor analgesia on severe maternal morbidity, especially in older, high-risk women.

纳入标准：

2014年01月至2024年12月在南京市妇幼保健院拟行阴道分娩的所有产妇，年龄18-50岁、孕周24-42周、同一产妇再次生产，同样纳入分析。

Inclusion criteria

All women with proposed vaginal deliveries at Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 01/2014 to 12/2024, aged 18-50 years, 24-42 weeks of gestation, and the same woman giving birth again, were also included in the analysis.

排除标准：

1.行静脉分娩镇痛； 2.镇痛及分娩方式相关数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Analgesia for intravenous delivery; 2. Data related to analgesia and mode of delivery were missing.
