研究目的:

本研究将以回顾性数据库,结合前瞻性数据集相结合的形式展开研究。我们假设患者在疾病的不同阶段,具有不同的代谢特点,需要制定分阶段的营养目标,因此对既往RICU住院,需营养支持患者的营养支持及营养代谢组学情况进行回顾,采用深度神经网络算法,明确各阶段的最佳热卡和蛋白质目标,并在前瞻性收集的数据库中验证和测试以上目标的准确性,最终制定一个个体化、智能化的呼吸危重症患者营养支持决策系统。  

Objectives of Study:

This study will be conducted in the form of a retrospective database combined with prospective data sets. Therefore, we reviewed the nutritional support and nutritional metabolomics of patients who had been hospitalized in RICU and needed nutritional support, and used deep neural network algorithms to clarify the optimal calorie and protein targets at each stage, and verified and tested the accuracy of the above goals in the prospectively collected database, and finally developed an individualized and intelligent nutrition support decision-making system for patients with respiratory critical illness.

纳入标准:

入住RICU,年龄大于等于18岁,需要接受营养支持。

Inclusion criteria

Stay at RICU, aged 18 or above, and receive nutritional support.

排除标准:

①住ICU时间短于3天的患者;②未进行肠内或肠外营养支持的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients who have been in the ICU for less than 3 days; 2.Patients who have not received enteral or parenteral nutrition support.
