研究目的：

探索虚拟现实技术在减轻儿童扁桃体切除术后疼痛、焦虑的作用，以及在改善儿童扁桃体切除术后睡眠质量、术后不良行为的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the role of virtual reality technology in reducing pain and anxiety in children after tonsillectomy, as well as improving postoperative sleep quality and adverse behaviors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患儿年龄在6~12岁； （2）仅接受扁桃体切除术（伴或不伴腺样体切除术）者； （3）智力、理解力及语言表达能力正常； （4）患儿家属对本研究知情，自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The child is aged 6 to 12 years; (2) Only those who have undergone tonsillectomy (with or without adenoidectomy); (3) Normal intelligence, comprehension, and language expression ability; (4) The child's family is informed of this study, willing to participate in this study, and has signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患儿及家属存在精神疾病或认知障碍，无法进行有效沟通； （2）合并其他疾病及发育异常，不能配合研究者； （3）不耐受虚拟现实技术设备者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patient and family members have mental illness or cognitive impairment, making effective communication impossible; (2) Combined with other diseases and developmental abnormalities, unable to cooperate with researchers; (3) Intolerant to virtual reality technology equipment.
