研究目的：

（1）确定八段锦运动对脑卒中患者动脉内皮功能的有利影响。 （2）确定八段锦训练过程中配合呼吸训练是否能改善心肺功能。 （3）希望通过八段锦运动为脑卒中患者改善预后。 （4）为在八段锦运动过程中配合呼吸比不配合呼吸对心肺功能更有益处提供新的科学指导。 （5）验证八段锦运动是否能作为脑卒中患者的辅助治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To determine the favorable effects of the Baduanjin exercise on arterial endothelial function in stroke patients. (2) Determine whether cardiorespiratory fitness can be improved when paired with respiratory training during Baduanjin training. (3) We hope to improve the prognosis for stroke patients through the Baduanjin exercise. (4) Provide new scientific guidance on the benefits to cardiorespiratory fitness of working with breathing over not working with breathing during the Baduanjin exercise. (5) To verify whether the Baduanjin exercise can be used as an adjunctive therapy for stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）神经功能缺损—美国国立卫生院卒中量表（NIHSS）：≤8分 （2）平衡功能—Berg量表≥40分 （3）肌张力—改良的Ashworth分级：≤1＋级 （4）肌力—徒手肌力检查（MMT）：≥3级 （5）年龄55-75岁（男、女） （6）病情稳定、意识清醒、生命体征稳定 （7）能独自站立30min左右 （8）能听懂并执行简单指令 （9）不抽烟、不酗酒 （10）首次中风史

Inclusion criteria

1. Neurologic deficit-National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS): <=8 points; 2. Balanced functioning-Berg scale >= 40 points 3. Dystonia-modified Ashworth classification: <=1+ grade; 4.Muscle Strength - Manual Muscle Testing (MMT): >= grade 3; 5.Age 55-75 (male and female); 6. Stable condition, conscious, vital signs stable; 7. Able to stand alone for about 30 min; 8. Able to understand and carry out simple instructions; 9.Non-smoking and non-alcoholism; 10.History of first stroke.

排除标准：

（1）严重的语言、视觉、听力障碍或精神障碍 （2）存在其他严重疾病，如肿瘤 （3）存在其他神经系统疾病 （4）有八段锦运动经验 （5）有酒精、药物的滥用史 （6）同时存在影响心脏、肝脏、肾脏、内分泌系统或造血系统的严重疾病 （7）参与其他可能影响本研究结果的临床试验 （8）怀孕或哺乳期 （9）存在其他神经或肌肉骨骼疾病，疼痛随运动恶化 （10）运动训练禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe speech, visual, hearing impairment or mental retardation; 2.Presence of other serious diseases such as tumors; 3.Presence of other neurological disorders; 4. Experienced in Baduanjin exercise; 5.History of alcohol and drug abuse; 6. Co-existence of serious diseases affecting the heart, liver, kidneys, endocrine system or hematopoietic system; 7. Participation in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study; 8.Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 9.Presence of other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders where pain worsens with movement; 10.Contraindications to exercise training.

In this clinical trial, a single-blind design is utilized and the blinding is done to the subjects. Specifically, subjects will not know whether they are assigned to the experimental or control group during the trial to ensure that they do not experience psychological or behavioral bias in receiving the intervention or evaluating the results due to knowledge of the grouping information. Researchers and trial teams are made aware of the subgroup information so that they can administer the intervention and management according to the trial protocol.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表（CRF）用于记录受试者的基线信息、干预过程和结局指标，包括动脉内皮功能（如FMD）、心肺功能（如VO?max）及平衡功能评分等。所有数据由经过培训的研究人员填写，确保一致性，修改时需划线并签名注明日期。完成试验后，CRF将归档保存。本试验采用符合中国GCP要求的电子数据采集和管理系统（EDC）。EDC系统具备数据加密、权限管理、审计追踪等功能，并在试验开始前完成系统验证。研究者或授权人员将CRF数据录入EDC系统，数据管理员定期核查数据并解决疑问。试验结束后，数据将被锁定以确保其不可更改。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The Case Record Form (CRF) was used to record subjects' baseline information, the course of the intervention, and outcome metrics, including arterial endothelial function (e.g., FMD), cardiorespiratory function (e.g., VO?max), and balance function scores. All data will be completed by trained researchers to ensure consistency, and changes will be underlined and signed and dated. Upon completion of the trial, the CRF will be archived and stored. The trial utilizes an electronic data capture and management system (EDC) that meets the requirements of China's GCP. The EDC system is equipped with data encryption, privilege management, and audit trails, and system validation is completed prior to the start of the trial. Investigators or authorized personnel will enter CRF data into the EDC system, and the data administrator will periodically verify the data and resolve queries. At the end of the trial, the data is locked to ensure that it cannot be altered.
