研究目的：

1.引入“慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者结构化治疗与教育课程(北京大学护理学院开发)"，修订成为“慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺康复结构化治疗与教育课程，并经文献回顾法和专家会议法进行完善。 2.专科护士在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中主导开展肺康复结构化治疗与教育课程，验证肺康复结构化治疗与教育课程的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The first aim is to introduce the "Structured Treatment and Education Program for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary Disease" which was developed by Nursing School of Peking University. And then we revise it to construct and improve the "Structured Treatment and Education Program on Pulmonary Rehabilitation for patients with COPD" based on comprehensive literature review and expert meeting method. 2.The second aim is to carry out the trial in patients with COPD by speciaist nurses and validate application effect of the Structured Treatment and Education Program on pulmonary rehabilitation .

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄40-80岁；2.疾病诊断符合2024年慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球佀议(GOLD)诊断标准；3.知情同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.aged between 40 and 80 years old; 2. diagnosed with COPD meeting latest diagnostic criteria of Global initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease ; 3. sign the informed content.

排除标准：

1.精神异常及严重认知障碍不能合作者；2.近1月合并急性心脑血管事件、手术或创伤等；3.遵医依从性差者；4.正在参加其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.mental disorder and Severe cognitive impairment; 2.acute cardiovascular events, surgery and trauma occurred in the past 1 month; 3. Poor medical compliance; 4.Patients who are participating in other studies.

通过IBM SPSS 22.0统计软件，生成一个随机数列表，每个参与者都会被配上一个号码，装有数字的不透明信封用于将参与者随机分都到试验组或对照组，两名试验人员将生成分配顺序，并将参与者分配到干预措施中。

By IBM SPSS 22.0 statistical software, a list of random numbers will be generated. Each participant will be matched with a number. Opaque envelopes containing a number are used to assign participants to either trial or control group randomly. Two trialists will generate the allocation sequence and assign participants to interventions together.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

制订适合本研究的病例记录表，通过电子病例系统和调查问卷采集患者数据，并建立Excel汇总管理患者数据，设置专人管理、分析、质量控制数据。
