研究 BC的基因型及其在疾病进展和转移中的分子基础对于实现肿瘤的精确诊断、个性化治疗和预后评估至关重要。  

Objectives of Study：

Studying BC genotypes and their molecular basis in disease progression and metastasis is essential to enable precise diagnosis, personalized treatment and prognostic assessment of tumors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者均为女性； 2.经过手术病理证实为原发性浸润性乳腺导管癌； 3.入院前未接受任何治疗； 4.所有临床病理及检验结果资料均完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients are female; 2. Primary invasive ductal carcinoma of breast confirmed by surgical pathology; 3. No treatment before admission; 4. All clinicopathological and test results are complete.

排除标准：

1.病理学诊断为原位癌、特殊型浸润性癌、继发性乳腺癌等; 2.入院前曾接受过放疗、新辅助化疗及肿物切除者; 3.临床资料不完整.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathologic diagnosis of carcinoma in situ, special type of invasive carcinoma, secondary breast cancer, etc. 2. Those who had received radiotherapy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy and lumpectomy before admission; 3. Incomplete clinical data.
