研究目的：

本研究拟收集A型主动脉夹层患者中新血栓标志物（TM、t-PAIC、TAT、PIC）的数据，明确外科手术前后凝血及纤溶系统变化，同时结合传统生物标志物，提高危险分层及预后评估的准确性，为及时的临床干预提供依据，改善患者的预后  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to collect data on new thrombus biomarkers(TM, t-PAIC, TAT, PIC) in patients with type A aortic dissection, elucidating the changes in coagulation and fibrinolytic systems before and after surgical intervention. By integrating traditional biomarkers, we seek to enhance the accuracy of risk stratification and prognostic assessment, thereby providing a basis for timely clinical interventions that can improve patient outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄>=18岁，就诊于厦门大学附属心血管病医院临床诊断为A型主动脉夹层，并行急诊外科手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 18 years and older, who were diagnosed with type A aortic dissection at Xiamen University Affiliated Cardiovascular Hospital and undergo emergency surgical intervention.

排除标准：

从症状出现至入院超过48小时的患者，合并有急性重症感染、恶性肿瘤、肝硬化、终末期肾病多系统疾病等预期生存期不明确疾病，以及拒绝参加的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who have experienced symptoms for more than 48 hours prior to hospitalization, and who present with conditions such as acute severe infections, malignant tumors, liver cirrhosis, end-stage renal disease, or other multi-system diseases with uncertain prognosis, as well as those who refuse participation in the study.
