分析指总伸肌劈开入路联合埋头加压空心钉治疗MasonII型和III型桡骨头骨折的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to investigate the clinical effect of the EDC splitting approach combined with the internal fixation of countersunk compression cannulated screw in the therapy of Mason II and Mason III radial head fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者年龄大于18岁；MasonII型或MasonIII型骨折；经EDC劈开入路联合埋头加压空心螺钉固定；随访资料完整

Inclusion criteria

patients older than 18 years old; Mason II or Mason III fractures; ORIF was performed via EDC splitting approach combined with countersunk compression cannulated screws; follow-up data were complete.

排除标准：

术前合并血管神经损伤；术前合并韧带损伤，肘关节不稳；过于粉碎无法固定的MasonIII型骨折；陈旧性骨折。开放性骨折

Exclusion criteria：

preoperative vascular and nerve injury; preoperative combined ligament injury, elbow instability; Mason III fractures too comminuted to be fixed; old fracture.open fracture
