研究目的：

评价益生菌能否通过对肠道菌群的影响改善婴幼儿感染性腹泻的症状  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether probiotics can improve the symptoms of infective diarrhea in infants through the influence of intestinal gut microbiota

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、临床表现为腹胀腹泻腹痛、大便次数增加、大便水样、食欲不振等； 2、发病时间超过5天，经相关检查无消化系统溃疡、消化系统肿瘤等； 3、在完成治疗后入组前3个月内未使用其他药物及益生菌，且家长同意签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The clinical manifestations were abdominal distension, diarrhea, abdominal pain, increased frequency of stool, watery stool, loss of appetite, etc. 2. The onset time was more than 5 days, and there was no digestive ulcer or digestive system tumor after relevant examination. 3. No other drugs or probiotics were used in the first 3 months after the completion of treatment, and parents agreed to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1、高热持续不退，存在继发性腹泻； 2、近期存在抗生素或止泻药治疗史，有严重的活动性病毒或细菌感染，且未能通过治疗控制； 3、患有其他任何严重疾病或慢性疾病，研究者认为可能影响患者的治疗、随访或评估包括任何未被控制的有临床意义的神经、精神疾病、免疫调节性疾病、代谢性疾病及传染病等； 4、经临床医生诊断、评估后不适合进行益生菌辅助治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. High fever persists, there is secondary diarrhea. 2. Have a recent history of antibiotic or antidiarrheal therapy, have a serious active viral or bacterial infection, and have not been controlled by treatment. 3.Have any other serious or chronic illness that the investigator believes may affect the patient's treatment, follow-up, or evaluation. It includes any uncontrolled and clinically significant neurological, psychiatric, immune-regulatory, metabolic and infectious diseases. 4. Patients who are not suitable for probiotic-assisted therapy after diagnosis and evaluation by clinicians.
