研究目的：

探索 SEC 严重程度在脑出血后 VTE 中的早期预警作用并验证预测效果，继而指导安全的抗凝时机，以期降低降低脑出血后 VTE 的发生率，减少抗凝的并发症，改善临床结局。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the early warning role of SEC severity in VTE after cerebral hemorrhage and verify the predictive effect, and then guide the safe timing of anticoagulation, so as to reduce the incidence of VTE after cerebral hemorrhage, reduce the complications of anticoagulation and improve the clinical outcome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）脑出血患者；（2）年龄＞＝18 岁；所有参与者在参与研究前签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with cerebral hemorrhage; (2) Age >=18 years old; All participants signed informed consent prior to participating in the study.

排除标准：

（1）入科前发现已形成VTE者；（2）ICU住院时间小于7天；（3）因各种原因无法完成双下肢超声检测。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) found to have formed VTE before admission; (2) ICU stay less than 7 days; (3)Ultrasound examination of both lower limbs could not be completed due to various reasons.
