研究目的：

建立一个具有代表性的萎缩性胃炎患者队列，长期随访观察疾病的发生、发展及转归，探究其背后的发生发展机制；收集患者的血液、组织等生物样本，建立样本数据库，用于开展相关的基础与转化研究。 探索萎缩性胃炎的潜在机制，为早期诊断和精准治疗提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a representative cohort of atrophic gastritis patients, observe the occurrence, development and outcome of the disease through long-term follow-up, and explore the underlying mechanism of occurrence and development. Blood, tissue and other biological samples of patients were collected to establish a sample database for basic and translational research. To explore the potential mechanism of atrophic gastritis and provide scientific basis for early diagnosis and precision treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄在 18 -80岁之间； 2）经胃镜检查及病理组织学确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎； 3）无其他严重的全身性疾病（如恶性肿瘤、严重的心、肝、肾功能衰竭等），且病情稳定至少 3 个月； 4）能够理解并签署知情同意书，愿意配合完成整个研究过程。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 18 and 80 years; 2.Diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis confirmed by gastroscopy and histopathological examination; 3.Absence of other severe systemic diseases (e.g., malignant tumors, severe heart, liver, or kidney failure, etc.), with stable condition for at least 3 months; 4.Ability to understand and sign the informed consent form, and willingness to cooperate and complete the entire research process.

排除标准：

1）合并有胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、胃食管反流病等其他严重胃部疾病； 2）近 1 个月内使用过抗生素、质子泵抑制剂、铋剂等可能影响研究结果的药物； 3）有胃部手术史； 4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 5）存在精神疾病或认知障碍，无法配合研究的进行。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Comorbidities with other severe gastric diseases, such as gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, or gastroesophageal reflux disease; 2.Use of medications that may affect study outcomes (e.g., antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, bismuth agents) within the past month; 3.History of gastric surgery; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Presence of psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairments that may hinder cooperation with the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用病例记录表采集患者基线等数据，将收集到的各种数据进行整理和录入，建立电子数据库。本研究试验数据的收集由医学监查员审查，临床试验中所有观察结果和发现都应加以核实，以保证数据的可靠性，确保临床试验中各项结论来源于原始数据。在临床试验和数据处理阶段均有相应的数据管理措施。数据分析将由科室指定的非研究团队的医疗及统计专家协助审议，以提高试验结果分析的客观性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data on patient baseline characteristics and other relevant information were collected using case report forms (CRFs). The collected data were systematically organized and entered to establish an electronic database. The trial data collection process was overseen by medical monitors to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data. All observations and findings from the clinical trial were rigorously verified to ensure that the conclusions drawn were based on original and authentic data. Appropriate data management measures were implemented during both the clinical trial and data processing phases. Data analysis was conducted with the assistance of medical and statistical experts designated by the department, who were not part of the research team, to enhance the objectivity of the trial result analysis.
