评价光动力荧光诊断复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤病的诊断性能  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the diagnostic performance of photodynamic fluorescence in recurrent respiratory papillomatosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.1-75岁； 2.组织病理学证实为复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤； 3.选择治疗方案为光动力治疗的患者 4.愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.1-75 years old; 2. Histopathological confirmation of recurrent respiratory papilloma; 3. Patients who choose the treatment regimen as photodynamic therapy 4. Willing to sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 2.光敏剂或光过敏史； 3.肺内病变； 4.患有影响治疗或随访的其他咽喉疾病； 5.严重的心肝肾功能不全或其他手术禁忌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. History of photosensitizer or photoallergy; 3. Intrapulmonary lesions; 4. Have other throat diseases that affect treatment or follow-up; 5. Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency or other contraindications to surgery.
