研究目的：

1. 比较不同组别患者环泊酚抑制气管插管反应的ED50和ED95有效剂量，探索焦虑与非焦虑不同年龄、不同性别环泊酚的正确使用剂量，为临床麻醉提供参考； 2. 比较各组别间气管插管反应过程中患者的血流动力学变化，明确焦虑相比于非焦虑患者环泊酚应用剂量是否增加。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The ED50 and ED95 effective doses of ciprofol inhibiting tracheal intubation response in different groups of patients were compared to explore the correct dosage of ciprofol for patients with anxiety and non-anxiety at different ages and genders, so as to provide reference for clinical anesthesia; 2. The hemodynamic changes of patients during endotracheal intubation response were compared between different groups to determine whether the dosage of ciprofol was increased in anxious patients compared with non-anxious patients.

纳入标准：

选择择期气管插管全麻患者，性别不限，年龄 >=18岁，BMI≤18.5~28 kg /m^2，ASA Ⅰ或II级。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with elective endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia were selected, gender was not limited, age >=18 years, BMI ≤ 18.5~28 kg/m^2, ASA grade I or II.

排除标准：

有丙泊酚、鸡蛋及豆类制品过敏史，有精神疾病病史，有高血压、心律失常病史及服用影响HR、BP 的药物，术前评估为困难气道。

Exclusion criteria：

He has a history of allergy to propofol, eggs and soy products, a history of psychiatric illness, a history of hypertension, arrhythmia, and drugs that affect HR and BP, and is assessed as a difficult airway before surgery.
