研究目的：

探究增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者的肠道微生物组、血清和玻璃体代谢组学。分析了肠道菌群与血清代谢、血浆与玻璃体代谢的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the gut microbiome, serum and vitreous metabolomics profiling of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. And to analyze the correlation between gut microbiome and serum metabolism, plasma and vitreous metabolism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

观察组（A 组）：我院眼科行玻璃体切除手术的增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变（PDR）患者 对照组：B 组（对照组1）：我院眼科行玻璃体切除手术的无糖尿病的非血管性视网膜病患者（黄斑裂孔、黄斑前膜、视网膜脱离、视网膜裂孔）；C 组（对照组2）：我院眼科行玻璃体切除手术的有糖尿病的非血管性视网膜病患者（黄斑裂孔、黄斑前膜、视网膜脱离、视网膜裂孔）

Inclusion criteria

Observation group (Group A) : Patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) undergoing vitrectomy in the ophthalmology department of our hospital Control group: Group B (control group 1) : non-diabetic patients with non-vascular retinopathy (macular hole, macular anterior membrane, retinal detachment, retinal hiatus) who underwent vitrectomy in our ophthalmology department; Group C (control group 2) : non-vascular retinopathy patients with diabetes (macular hole, macular anterior membrane, retinal detachment, retinal hiatus) undergoing vitrectomy in the ophthalmology department of our hospital.

排除标准：

1）.眼部外伤史; 2）.眼部其他疾病及手术史; 3）.凝血功能异常 者; 4）.有严重的全身病史，如恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病等; 5）.血糖控制不理 想者; 6）.血压控制不理想者; 7）.素食者以及系统性抗生素或益生菌的用药史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of ocular trauma; 2. Other eye diseases and surgical history; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 4. Have a serious systemic history, such as malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases; 5. Patients with unsatisfactory blood sugar control; 6. Patients with unsatisfactory blood pressure control; 7. History of use of vegetarian and systemic antibiotics or probiotics.
