研究目的：

（1）访谈分析Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者在全疾病周期的疾病体验和需求 （2）构建可视化的Stanford A型A型主动脉夹层患者疾病旅程地图 （3）确定Stanford A型主动脉夹层导航护士准入标准和工作职责 （4）形成“患者-导航护士”双主体协同的导航护理模式，并验证其效果  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Interview and analysis of disease experience and needs of patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection during the whole disease cycle (2) To construct A visual disease journey map for patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection (3) To determine the admission criteria and job responsibilities of navigation nurses for Stanford type A aortic dissection (4) To form the navigation nursing mode of "patient-navigation nurse" collaboration and verify its effect

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、临床医生初步诊断为 A 型主动脉夹层患者； 2、18岁＜＝年龄 < 80岁； 3、签署知情同意书，并自愿全程参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with type A aortic dissection preliminarily diagnosed by clinicians; 2. 18 years old< = age < 80 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the whole process.

排除标准：

1、伴有意识障碍、肢体缺陷及语言表达障碍及理解障碍等； 2、患者照护者不愿患者参与调查； 3、合并其他严重疾病，如心脏衰竭、呼吸衰竭或恶性肿瘤等； 4、正在参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied by consciousness disorders, limb defects, language expression disorders and comprehension disorders; 2. Caregivers do not want patients to participate in the investigation; 3. Combined with other serious diseases, such as heart failure, respiratory failure or malignant tumors; 4. Participating in other studies.
