研究目的：

探讨宫氏脑针疗法治疗慢性失眠症的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effectiveness of Gong's brain acupuncture therapy in treating chronic insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《国际睡眠障碍分类（ICSD-3）》慢性失眠诊断标准（病程≥3个月）； 2.匹斯堡睡眠质量评分（PSQI）总分≥8分； 3.签署知情同意书并承诺研究期间不额外使用其他治疗。 4.年龄 18-65 岁.

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3) (disease duration >= 3 months); 2.The total score of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) is >= 8 points; 3.Sign the informed consent form and promise not to use any additional treatments during the study period; 4. Age 18-65 years old.

排除标准：

1.继发性失眠（如抑郁症、焦虑症、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征等）；
2.近4周内接受过针灸、安眠药或认知行为疗法（CBT-I）治疗；
3.凝血功能障碍、严重心脑血管疾病、妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
4.轮班工作或近1个月有跨时区旅行史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Secondary insomnia (such as depression, anxiety, sleep apnea syndrome, etc.);
2.Have received acupuncture and moxibustion, sleeping pills or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-I) in the past 4 weeks;
3.Coagulation dysfunction, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pregnant or lactating women;
4.Shift work or travel history across time zones in the past month.
