研究目的：

本研究旨在基于SS-OCTA观察近视患者舌象和视盘区及黄斑区微血管密度、黄斑中心凹无灌注区面积、脉络膜厚度的相关性，分析近视患者舌象特征，联系中医目诊相关理论，探索中医舌象特征与视网膜血管参数的关系，以期为中医药从舌诊防控近视提供客观指标，并且期望将中医诊断方法与西医实验室检查结果有效结合，使中西医结合的诊断方式相辅相成，互为依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on SS-OCTA observation of the correlation between tongue image optic disc area and macular area microvascular density macular foveal non-perfusion area and choroid thickness in myopic patients this study aims to analyze the characteristics of tongue image in myopic patients and explore the relationship between TCM tongue image characteristics and retinal vascular parameters in connection with the relevant theories of TCM consultation so as to provide objective indicators for TCM tongue diagnosis to prevent and control myopia It is also expected that the diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can be effectively combined with the laboratory test results so that the diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can complement each other and rely on each otherYNMT

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合低度或中度或高度近视诊断标准；
年龄在 18-30岁；
眼压≤21mmHg；
最佳矫正视力＞0.8；
眼屈光介质清晰对SS-OCTA检查无影响者；
接受并能积极配合各项检查者；
同意课题入组，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria for low or moderate or high myopia
Aged 18-30 years old
Intraocular pressure ≤21mmHg
Best corrected visual acuity > 0.8
Clear refractive media had no effect on SS-OCTA examination
accept and actively cooperate with the inspection
Agree to the subject inclusion and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

合并其它眼部疾病影响眼部检查、脉络膜循环、脉络膜厚度测定结果者；
患有其它全身疾病导致舌象表现受影响者；
屈光参差：两眼屈光度球镜相差≥1.50D，或柱镜相差≥1.00D；
3 个月内曾使用益气活血或补益肝肾类中药者；
曾接受屈光手术、视网膜激光光凝术、玻璃体切除术者、佩戴硬性透氧性角膜接触镜者；
不适合临床研究（妊娠期、哺乳期、精神病疾患人群）的人群。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other eye diseases affecting the results of eye examination choroidal circulation and choroidal thickness measurement
Those who suffer from other systemic diseases resulting in affected tongue manifestations
anisometropia: the difference between the two eyes is ≥1.50D with spherical diopter, or ≥1.00D with cylindrical diopter
Those who have used herbs for supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation or supplementing liver and kidney within 3 months
Patients who had undergone refractive surgery, retinal laser photocoagulation, vitrectomy, or wearing rigid oxygen-permeable contact lenses
People who are not suitable for clinical research (pregnancy, lactation, psychiatric disorders).
