研究目的：

1. 探索孕晚期凯格尔运动联合会阴按摩对分娩结局的影响 2. 探索孕晚期凯格尔运动联合会阴按摩对新生儿结局的影响 3. 分析孕晚期凯格尔运动联合会阴按摩对产后疼痛及其产后盆底功能恢复的潜在影响  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the impact of Kegel exercises combined with perineal massage during the third trimester of pregnancy on delivery outcomes. (2) To explore the impact of Kegel exercises combined with perineal massage during the third trimester of pregnancy on neonatal outcomes. (3) To analyze the potential effects of Kegel exercises combined with perineal massage during the third trimester of pregnancy on postpartum pain and the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.具备阴道分娩条件的单胎头位初产妇; 2.胎儿发育正常; 3.孕周≥35周; 4.孕妇对研究知情并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. First-time mothers with a single cephalic fetus who are eligible for vaginal delivery; 2. Normal fetal development; 3. Gestational age >= 35 weeks; 4. The pregnant women are informed about the study and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.精神意识障碍者或语言沟通障碍者； 2.合并尿失禁及盆底器官脱垂； 3.有宫颈机能不全史、反复流产史、严重便秘、慢性咳嗽等病史； 4.不明原因的持续性阴道出血； 5.多胎妊娠或28周之后的双胎妊娠； 6.有以下产科合并症：如先兆流产、宫颈机能不全、前置胎盘、早产或早产史、胎膜早破、生殖器感染（例如生殖器疱疹、生殖器念珠菌病）严重妊娠合并症不能经阴道分娩者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with mental or cognitive impairments or communication barriers; 2. Those with urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse; 3. A history of cervical insufficiency, recurrent miscarriage, severe constipation, chronic cough, or related conditions; 4. Unexplained persistent vaginal bleeding; 5. Multiple pregnancies or twin pregnancies after 28 weeks; 6. Presence of the following obstetric complications: such as threatened miscarriage, cervical insufficiency, placenta previa, preterm labor or history of preterm birth, premature rupture of membranes, genital infections (e.g., genital herpes, genital candidiasis), or severe pregnancy complications that preclude vaginal delivery.
