研究目的：

1.比较奥赛利定与舒芬太尼在老年高血压患者喉罩全麻中的血流动力学稳定性（主要终点：收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、心率）。 2.评估两组患者麻醉诱导及维持期间的不良反应（次要终点：低血压、高血压、恶心呕吐、呼吸抑制）。 3.探讨奥赛利定的最佳剂量范围及时间-效应关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The hemodynamic stability of oxalidine and sufentanil during laryngeal hood anesthesia in elderly hypertensive patients was compared (primary endpoints: systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate). 2. Adverse reactions (secondary endpoints: hypotension, hypertension, nausea and vomiting, respiratory depression) during anesthesia induction and maintenance were evaluated in both groups. 3. To investigate the optimal dose range and time-effect relationship of oxellidine.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥65岁，诊断为高血压（SBP≥140 mmHg和/或DBP≥90 mmHg）。 2. ASA分级II-III级，拟行喉罩全麻下择期手术。 3. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=65 years with a diagnosis of hypertension (SBP>=140 mmHg and/or DBP>=90 mmHg). 2. ASA grade II-III, elective surgery was performed under laryngeal mask anesthesia. 3. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 严重心、肝、肾功能不全（如eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m^2）。 2. 阿片类药物过敏史或滥用史。 3. 急诊手术或气道解剖异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiac, liver and renal insufficiency (eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m^2). 2. History of opioid allergy or abuse. 3. Emergency surgery or abnormal airway anatomy.
