人口老龄化已成大势所趋,不可逆转。世界卫生组织指出2015-2050年期间,世界60岁及以上人口比例将由12%上升至22%,如何改善老年人生活质量、节约社会养老资源成为当今重要议题。我国人口基数大,老龄化问题更是严峻,做好“主动健康和老龄化科技应对”项目研究关乎国运及民生。衰老是器官功能下降的主要诱因,也是许多疾病的主要风险因素。 因而,健康长寿成为了人类一直追求的理想目标。健康长寿是一个复杂的表型,由遗传和环境共同决定,且遗传的贡献率随年龄增加。基于最近的遗传研究,有超过50个不同的基因在不同的人群中被识别与长寿相关,并表明遗传对寿命的重要贡献作用。广西壮族自治区等地区具有世界上罕见的自然长寿人群,揭示其长寿相关特征规律,有助于传播健康长寿之道。本项目拟采集广西长寿乡镇长寿人群的人文健康信息和生物样本库,并通过问卷调查、体格检查和遗传检测获得长寿人群队列的影响因素,识别验证与健康长寿和脂代谢双关联的血型基因变异并初步探索其影响健康长寿表型的分子机制,为携带不同血型基因变异个体采取个性化的血脂调节方式,有效预防和针对性治疗老年相关疾病促进健康老龄化意义重大。  

Objectives of Study:

Population aging has become an irreversible trend. The World Health Organization points out that from 2015 to 2050, the proportion of the world's population aged 60 and above will rise from 12% to 22%. Improving the quality of life for the elderly and conserving social pension resources has become an important issue today. In our country, with a large population base, the aging problem is even more severe. Conducting research on "proactive health and technological responses to aging" is crucial for national destiny and people's livelihoods. Aging is a major cause of the decline in organ function and a primary risk factor for many diseases. Therefore, health and longevity have always been ideal goals pursued by humanity. Health and longevity are complex phenotypes determined by both genetics and environment, with the contribution of genetics increasing with age. Based on recent genetic studies, over 50 different genes have been identified in various populations as being associated with longevity, indicating the significant contribution of genetics to lifespan. Regions like the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region have rare natural longevity populations in the world. Revealing the characteristics and patterns associated with their longevity can help promote the path to health and longevity. This project aims to collect cultural health information and biological samples from longevity populations in Guangxi's longevity towns, and through surveys, physical examinations, and genetic testing, identify the influencing factors of the longevity population cohort. It will also identify and validate blood type gene variations associated with both health longevity and lipid metabolism, and preliminarily explore the molecular mechanisms affecting the health longevity phenotype. This is significant for developing personalized lipid regulation strategies for individuals with different blood type gene variations, effectively preventing and treating age-related diseases, and promoting healthy aging.

纳入标准:

长寿老人纳入标准:长寿老人特指健康长寿老人,年龄≥90 岁,尚健康在世,无心脑血管疾病、认知功能障碍、肿瘤等重大疾病,性别不限。在本地居住至少 1年以上。 当地自然衰老一般人群纳入标准:年龄大于 40 岁小于 80 岁,尚健康在世,无心脑血管疾病、认知功能障碍、肿瘤等重大疾病,性别不限。在本地居住至少 1 年以上。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the longevity of the elderly: The longevity of the elderly refers to the healthy and long-lived elderly, aged >= 90 years old, still alive, without cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, tumors and other major diseases, and gender is not limited. Have lived in Hong Kong for at least 1 year. Inclusion criteria for the general population of local natural aging: older than 40 years old and less than 80 years old, still alive, no major diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, tumors, etc., and gender is not limited. Have lived locally for at least 1 year.
