Objectives of Study：

Exploring the impact of corneal biomechanics on corneal epithelial remodeling and visual quality after SMILE.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18周岁以上，过去12个月内球镜当量稳定（变化小于±0.5D）； 2.球镜度数-1.00~ -10.00 D，柱镜度数≤3.00 D，且两者绝对值之和≤10.00 D； 3.眼压10~21 mmHg（1mmHg=0.133 kPa）； 4.停戴软性角膜接触镜至少2周、硬性角膜接触镜至少4周； 5.角膜透明无明显云翳或斑翳，角膜地形图检查形态正常，无圆锥角膜倾向

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18 or older, with stable spherical equivalent refraction over the past 12 months (change less than +/-0.5 D). 2. Spherical power between -1.00 D and -10.00 D, cylindrical power <=3.00 D, and the sum of the absolute values of spherical and cylindrical powers <=10.00 D. 3. Intraocular pressure between 10 and 21 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa). 4. Discontinuation of soft contact lenses for at least 2 weeks and rigid gas-permeable contact lenses for at least 4 weeks. 5. Clear cornea without significant opacity or nebula, normal corneal topography, and no signs of keratoconus.

排除标准：

1.眼外伤或手术史； 2.角膜接触镜相关上皮形变； 3.任何SMILE禁忌症（如角膜扩张性疾病）； 4.研究期间妊娠或哺乳； 5.其他眼部疾病； 6.影响手术恢复的全身器质性病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of eye trauma or surgery; 2. Corneal contact lens-related epithelial changes; 3. Any contraindications to SMILE (such as keratoconus); 4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding during the study; 5. Other eye diseases; 6. Systemic organic lesions affecting post-operative recovery.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用病例记录表记录受试者数据。使用RedCap系统建立结构化数据库，双人独立录入，定期核查一致性。数据存储于医院加密服务器，仅研究团队授权成员可访问，剩余数据将匿名化存档，未来研究需重新申请伦理审批。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Use the case record form to record the subject's data.Use the RedCap to establish a structured database, input by two people independently, and regularly check the consistency. The data is stored in the hospital encryption server, which can be accessed only by authorized members of the research team. The remaining data will be archived anonymously, and future research needs to re apply for ethical approval.
