研究目的：

本研究计划实施一项交叉对照研究，采用潮气呼吸功能、24小时体力活动、生活质量等评估工具对比分析RAGT在改善中重度CP患儿肺功能与生活质量方面的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we plan to conduct a cross-control study to compare and analyze the efficacy of RAGT in improving lung function and quality of life in children with moderate to severe CP using assessment tools such as tidal respiratory function, 24-hour physical activity, and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合脑瘫的诊断标准； 2.GMFCS等级为Ⅲ-V级； 3.体重不超过70kg； 4.身高在86cm至148cm之间； 5.家长或法定监护人能够配合研究并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral palsy; 2. GMFCS level III-V; 3. Weigh no more than 70kg; 4. Height between 86cm and 148cm; 5. Parents or legal guardians are able to cooperate with the study and sign a consent form.

排除标准：

1. 严重的下肢挛缩； 2. 下肢皮肤损伤未愈合； 3. 患有其他严重疾病，如先天性心脏病、重度呼吸道感染、持续动脉导管未闭、先天性膈疝和其他肺畸形、不受控制的癫痫、遗传代谢性疾病或严重的骨骼系统疾病等； 4. 在过去6个月内接受过肉毒素注射或在试验期间准备接受肉毒素注射； 5. 近12个月内接受过肌腱延长术、选择性脊神经背根切断术或鞘内巴氯芬等手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe lower limb contractures 2. The skin lesions of the lower limbs are not healed 3. Suffering from other serious diseases, such as congenital heart disease, severe respiratory tract infection, persistent patent ductus arteriosus, congenital diaphragmatic hernia and other lung malformations, uncontrolled epilepsy, hereditary metabolic diseases or serious skeletal system diseases, etc. 4. Have received botulinum toxin injections within the past 6 months or are ready to receive botulinum toxin injections during the trial. 5. Underwent tendon lengthening, selective dorsal rhizotomy or intrathecal baclofen surgery in the past 12 months.

The 24-hour physical activity capacity of the child was assessed using the Actigraph wGT3X - BT (Actigraph, USA) device. The device weighs 26 g and provides an objective and quantitative assessment of exercise capacity by recording the child's acceleration in the vertical, sagittal and coronal directions and converting it into an activity count. Specifically, the child is instructed to wear the accelerometer on the hip for 3 days in a non-training environment.
