Exploring the clinical effects of Water Acupuncture Treatment for Pediatric Flatfoot

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.通过足弓指数来评估。足弓指数=(A/B)×100。其中，A表示舟状骨至地面的距离，B表示大拇趾最前端至跟骨最外缘的距离。正常足 ：足弓指数在一定范围内，通常认为27至29为正常值。小于27为扁平足。 2.6岁≤年龄≤14岁。 3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. This is assessed by the arch index. Arch index = (A/B) x 100, where A is the distance from the navicular bone to the ground and B is the distance from the tip of the big toe to the outermost edge of the heel bone. Normal foot: The arch index is within a certain range, usually considered 27 to 29 as the normal value. Less than 27 is considered Flatfoot. 2. From 6 years old to 14 years old. 3. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并严重骨关节炎 2.合并神经肌肉系统病变 3.先天性足部结构异常 4.足部外伤手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbid severe osteoarthritis 2. Comorbid neuromuscular system pathology 3. Congenital structural anomalies of the feet 4. History of feet trauma surgery.
