研究目的：

本研究拟通过对择期行单纯甲状腺切除手术患者术中静脉注射利多卡因，探讨其对术后睡眠质量的影响，以期提高行甲状腺切除患者术后的睡眠质量，为改善甲状腺癌手术患者住院体验感及加速术后快速康复提供临床参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effect of intravenous injection of lidocaine on postoperative sleep quality in patients undergoing elective simple thyroidectomy surgery, in order to improve their sleep quality and provide clinical reference for improving the hospitalization experience and accelerating postoperative rapid recovery of thyroid cancer surgery patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA）分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级； 2.年龄18-65岁； 3.身体质量指数（Body Mass Index, BMI）18.5-30 kg/m^2； 4.择期行全麻下单纯甲状腺切除手术； 5.能理解评估量表内容，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-II; 2.Age range: 18-65 years old; 3.Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5-30 kg/m^2; 4.Selective thyroidectomy under general anesthesia; 5.Can understand the content of the assessment scale and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝试验； 2.对利多卡因过敏的患者; 3.长期服用助眠药物、类固醇类药物或滥用酒精、毒品者； 4.患有高血压、严重心肝肾等慢性疾病者； 5.患有严重精神类疾病者； 6.合并神经系统疾病； 7.术前6个月内有重大手术史者； 8.患有严重传导阻滞者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refused the trial; 2. Patients allergic to lidocaine; 3. Long term use of sleep aids, steroid drugs, or abuse of alcohol and drugs; 4. Individuals with chronic diseases such as hypertension and severe liver, liver, and kidney diseases; 5. Individuals with severe mental illnesses; 6. Merge neurological disorders; 7. Individuals with a history of major surgery within 6 months prior to surgery; 8. Individuals with severe conduction block.
