研究目的：

探讨三维超声特征和临床资料与子宫内膜良恶性病变的相关性并建立预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between three-dimensional ultrasound features and clinical data and benign and malignant endometrial lesions, and to establish a prediction model.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经TVS、TVCDS检查子宫内膜有下列超声表现者：ET增厚（增殖期>12mm/绝经后>5mm ），血流增多，宫腔异常占位，子宫内膜回声不均匀或不纯性宫腔积液； 2.患者术前两周均行TVS、TVCDS、Slow Flow及3D-TVS检查且资料完整者； 3.术前两周内均接受血清学检查且临床资料完整者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who have the following ultrasound manifestations of the endometrium after TVS and TVCDS examination: ET thickening (proliferative > 12mm/postmenopausal >5mm), increased blood flow, abnormal mass occupancy of the uterine cavity, uneven endometrial echo or impure uterine effusion; 2. Patients who underwent TVS, TVCDS, Slow Flow and 3D-TVS examinations two weeks before surgery and the data were complete; 3. Those who have undergone serological examination within two weeks before surgery and have complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1.超声检查前接受放疗、化疗、激素治疗等疾病相关治疗或有子宫内膜创伤操作者； 2.子宫腺肌症或较大的肌瘤引起的子宫内膜-肌层连接处异常者； 3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 4.图像质量差无法进行分析的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy and other disease-related treatments before ultrasound examination, or have endometrial trauma surgery; 2. Patients with abnormal endometrium-myometrial junction caused by adenomyomesis or large fibroids; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with poor image quality that cannot be analyzed.

以病理结果为金标准。二维超声描述参考中国子宫病变超声质量控制指标专家共识和国际子宫内膜肿瘤分析小组（IETA）专家共识。血流评分：参照IETA的推荐，使用国际卵巢肿瘤分析小组提出的卵巢肿瘤半定量评分标准。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Using pathological results as the gold standard. The two-dimensional ultrasound description refers to the expert consensus on quality control indicators for uterine lesions in China and the expert consensus of the International Endometrial Tumor Analysis Group (IETA). Blood flow score: Following the recommendation of IETA, use the semi quantitative scoring criteria for ovarian tumors proposed by the International Ovarian Tumor Analysis Group.

Two dimensional ultrasound (endometrial thickness, symmetry of endometrium, uniformity of endometrial echo, midline of endometrium, endometrial muscular boundary, presence of bright edge sign, intracavitary fluid, local lesion, cystic structure, lesion location, lesion size, lesion echo type, uniformity of lesion echo, lesion boundary, blood supply mode, blood flow parameters, endometrial arterial resistance index, pulsatility index, systolic peak flow velocity, diastolic end flow velocity, maximum blood flow velocity in the lesion area) and three-dimensional ultrasound (endometrial volume, vascular formation index, blood flow index, and vascular formation blood flow index, etc.)
