近年来,来势汹汹的登革热疫情给云南省公共卫生事业带来极大压力。故本研究拟与云南省寄生虫预防控制所和景洪市疾病预防控制中心合作,在中国云南省跨境人口流动频繁的中老边境地区(西双版纳)、中缅边境地区(瑞丽、临沧)等地选择2个边境县作为现场研究观察和样本采集地点。自2025年起至2029年,招募登革热患者1000例以上,配对收集患者恢复期血清,以及远期定期回访采样血清。首先,通过Elisa方法检测血清特异性抗体及抗体亚型,并通过PRNT检测中和抗体。然后结合采样时间顺序,分析高流行地区人群内免疫本底动态变化规律,进一步在个体水平,探究二次感染率及抗体衰减特点,为深入阐明登革病毒的流行特征提供重要依据,并为当地登革热的防控提供支撑。 |

Objectives of Study: |
In recent years, the surging dengue fever epidemic has posed significant pressure on public health in Yunnan Province. Therefore, this study plans to collaborate with the Institute of Parasitic Diseases Prevention and Control of Yunnan Province and the Jinghong City Center for Disease Control and Prevention. We will select two border counties in the China-Laos border region (Xishuangbanna) and the China-Myanmar border region (Ruili, Lincang) in Yunnan Province, areas with frequent cross-border population movements, as field research and sample collection sites. From 2025 to 2029, we aim to recruit over 1,000 dengue fever patients, paired with the collection of convalescent serum samples, and conduct long-term follow-up serum sampling. First, we will use the Elisa method to detect serum-specific antibodies and antibody subtypes, and perform PRNT to measure neutralizing antibodies. Then, by analyzing the temporal sequence of sampling, we will investigate the dynamic changes in the immune background among populations in high-prevalence areas. Furthermore, at the individual level, we will explore the rate of secondary infections and the characteristics of antibody decay. This study will provide critical insights into the epidemiological features of the dengue virus and offer support for local dengue fever prevention and control efforts. |

A questionnaire was conducted for each enrolled patient before each blood collection, and the age, sex, clinical symptoms and severity of the participants were recorded, as well as clinical data to describe the seroepidemiological characteristics of dengue fever. Use uniform questionnaire and report forms to ensure data consistency. Real-time data acquisition through electronic health records and monitoring systems. The server is used to improve the storage scalability and security after data collection. Backup regularly to prevent data loss. |
