本研究探讨瑞马唑仑用于心房颤动患者射频导管消融术麻醉的安全性和有效性，为临床提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the safety and effectiveness of remazolam in radiofrequency catheter ablation anesthesia in patients with atrial fibrillation, providing a reference for clinical practice

纳入标准：

行射频导管消融术的心房颤动患者，性别不限，年龄45~76岁，BMI18~25kg/m^2，ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation have no gender limit, ages 45-76 years old, BMI 18-25kg/m2, ASA grade I-II.

排除标准：

可能对丙泊酚、瑞马唑仑、瑞芬太尼等麻醉药物过敏，心力衰竭，严重呼吸系统疾病，精神类疾病或神经系统疾病，肝肾功能障碍，睡眠呼吸暂停综合征，困难气道。

Exclusion criteria：

Possible allergies to anesthetic drugs such as propofol, remazolam, refentanyl, etc., heart failure, severe respiratory diseases, mental or neurological diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, sleep apnea syndrome, and difficult airways .
