研究目的：

本研究依据恐惧-回避模型理论，评估慢阻肺患者应对方式、呼吸困难灾难化和功能状态现状，分析三者之间的相关性，明确应对方式的中介作用，为后续临床提升慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量提供干预靶点，进而促进其疾病康复。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of fear-avoidance model theory, evaluate COPD coping style, dyspnea disaster and functional status, analyze the correlation between the three, clear the intermediary role of coping, for subsequent clinical improve quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and promote their disease rehabilitation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南（2021年修订版）》诊断标准中的患者；
2.年龄40-85周岁；
3.意识清楚，有理解、书写与沟通表达能力；
4.知情同意且自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021); 2.Age 40-85 years old; 3.Clear awareness, understanding, writing and communication skills; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1.存在严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病或恶性肿瘤患者； 2.有精神病史或认知功能障碍者； 3.近期参与其他试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, liver, and renal disease or malignancy; 2.With a history of psychiatric illness or cognitive dysfunction; 3.Recent participants in the other trials.
