研究目的：

理论上： 1．了解、分析目前护理人员对心肺康复专科护士培训的现状及影响因素，指导院级心肺康复专科护士Ⅱ期康复运动处方培训工作的开展； 2．首次基于 ADDIE 模型构建院级心肺康复专科护士Ⅱ期康复运动处方培训方案，为院级心血管联盟基地培训的开展提供可行性较强的培训思路。 实践上： 1．通过构建院级心肺康复专科护士Ⅱ期康复运动处方培训方案，加强心肺康复专科护士实践技能培训效果以提高其临床康复护理水平，提高心肺康复患者的护理效果。 2．为各心血管联盟基地心肺康复专科护士的培训提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Theory: 1. Understand and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of the current training of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation specialist nurses by nursing staff, and guide the development of phase II rehabilitation exercise prescription training for hospital-level cardiopulmonary rehabilitation specialist nurses; 2. For the first time, we constructed a training program for hospital-level cardiopulmonary rehabilitation nurses specializing in phase II rehabilitation exercise prescription based on the ADDIE model to provide a more feasible training idea for the development of hospital-level cardiovascular alliance base training. Practice: 1. Through the construction of the hospital-level cardiopulmonary rehabilitation specialist nurses II rehabilitation exercise prescription training program, to strengthen the effect of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation specialist nurses' practical skills training to improve their clinical rehabilitation nursing level, and to improve the nursing effect of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation patients. 2. Provide reference for the training of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation specialist nurses in each cardiovascular alliance base.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用Excel软件双人录入数据，采用 SPSS 26.0 软件进行统计分析与处理，定性资料的组间比较采用X2检验，定量资料的比较采用 t 检验和 U 检验，定性资料采用频数、百分比进行描述；定量资料中符合正态分布的采用`X±S的形式进行描述，不符合正态分布的以四分位数[M（QL，QU）]的形式进行描述；采用 logistic 回归分析筛选院级心肺康复专科护士Ⅱ期康复运动处方培训开展的影响因素，P＜0.05为有统计学意义。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study used Excel software for double entry of data, and SPSS 26.0 software for statistical analysis and processing, X2 test was used for comparison between groups of qualitative data, and t-test and U-test were used for comparison of quantitative data, and qualitative data were described by frequency counts and percentages; quantitative data conforming to the normal distribution were described in the form of `X±S, and those not conforming to the normal distribution were described in the form of quartiles [M (QL, QU)] form; logistic regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of the development of phase II rehabilitation exercise prescription training for hospital-level cardiopulmonary rehabilitation specialist nurses, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
