Objectives of Study：

To explore the application effect of multi-module interactive continuous nursing mode in patients with acute myocardial infarction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①所有患者均符合急性心肌梗死的诊断标准;②年龄80岁以下；③在入院后1 w内实施PCI术(首次接受PCI术治疗),且均为实施完全血运重建治疗的患者；④发病时间至入院时间<6 h。

Inclusion criteria

1 All patients met the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction; 2 under 80 years old; 3 PCI was performed within 1 w after admission (the first PCI treatment), and all patients underwent complete revascularization; 4 Time of onset to time of admission <6 h.

排除标准：

①随访资料不全，治疗中断；②合并肾脏、肝脏病症；③合并先天性心脏并、风湿性心脏病、心肌炎等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1 The follow-up data were incomplete and the treatment was interrupted; 2 Combined with kidney and liver disease; 3 Concomitant with congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, myocarditis and other diseases.
