研究目的:

本研究的目的是基于知识图谱和探究社区理论构建混合式护理见习模式,采用评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)、临床见习教学质量评价表、教学效果质量自评表和中文版探究社区量表等工具,评估两组学生的见习效果,以期建立一套完整的、行之有效的护理学专业临床见习模式,保障护生的临床见习效果和培养质量。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study is to construct a hybrid nursing apprenticeship model based on knowledge mapping and community of inquiry theory, and to assess the apprenticeship effects of the two groups of students by using tools such as the Critical Thinking Instrument for Measuring Thinking Skills (CTDI-CV), the Clinical Apprenticeship Teaching Quality Evaluation Scale, the Quality of Teaching Effectiveness Self-Assessment Inventory, and the Chinese version of the Community of Inquiry Scale in an attempt to establish a complete and effective clinical apprenticeship model for nursing students, and to guarantee the The effect of clinical apprenticeship and the quality of training of nursing students.

纳入标准:

(1)进行《内科护理学》见习的全日制护理本科生; (2)见习地点为山东第二医科大学附属医院; (3)自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) full-time undergraduate nursing students who conducted a traineeship in Internal Medicine Nursing; (2) the traineeship location was the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University; (3) volunteered to participate in this stud

排除标准:

(1)因故未能完成《内科护理学》课程见习; (2)征兵入伍者; (3)因病或因事休学者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Failure to complete the Internal Medicine Nursing course apprenticeship for any reason; (2) enlistment in the military; (3) leave of absence for illness or duty.

对照组采用传统的见习教学模式,即依照见习大纲要求,在校内完成理论学习后,在临床带教老师带领下完成临床见习,并于见习后完成作业、讨论和理论考核。

SPSS software was used to generate a series of random numbers and these numbers were ranked in the range of 1-20.Based on the ranking results, participants who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, where those ranked 1-10 were assigned to the control group and those ranked 11-20 were assigned to the observation group.
