应用光学定位混合现实全息投影导航平台为临床颌骨牵张成骨手术提供术中导航，验证该平台的稳定性、安全性以及该导航系统在辅助截骨及牵张器就位的准确性及易用性。  

Objectives of Study：

The optical positioning mixed reality holographic projection navigation platform was used to provide intraoperative navigation for clinical jaw distraction osteogenesis surgery, and the stability and safety of the platform, as well as the accuracy and ease of use of the navigation system in assisting osteotomy and retractor positioning, were verified.

纳入标准：

1.2023-2025年广西医科大学口腔医院口腔颌面外科就诊的颌骨骨性错颌畸形患者。2.患者年龄大于18岁。3.需要进行颌骨牵张成骨手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with skeletal malocclusion in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Hospital of Stomatology, Guangxi Medical University, from 2023-2025. 2. The patient is more than 18 years old. 3. Jaw distraction osteogenesis is required.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加本次研究的患者。2.患者年龄小于18岁。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refused to participate in this study. 2. The patient is less than 18 years old. 3. Cadaveric skull with incomplete maxilla and dentition.
