研究目的:

本研究进行了两项实验。 第一部分:探讨青少年身体质量指数与执行功能之间的关系。我们假设高身体质量指数对青少年的执行功能有负面影响。 第二部分:评估一项为期8周的中高强度跳绳训练计划的效果,并比较其对正常体重青少年与超重/肥胖青少年执行功能的改善情况。我们假设跳绳运动干预能够改善超重/肥胖青少年的执行功能。  

Objectives of Study:

This study conducted two experiments. Part one: the association between BMI and Executive function in adolescents. We hypothesized that high body mass index negatively affects Executive function in adolescents. Part two: the effect of an 8-week moderate-to-high-intensity rope skipping training program and whether it improved Executive functionamong adolescents with normal weight compared with overweight/obese adolescents. It was hypothesized that Executive function would be improved by rope skipping exercise intervention in overweight/obese adolescents.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

① 实验对象无哮喘、心血管疾病、注意缺陷多动障碍; ② 实验对象无色盲、色弱; ③ 实验对象除参加学校常规体育活动外,没有参加有规律的长期体育锻炼; ④ 超重肥胖儿童筛选:按年龄对应的身体质量指数; ⑤受试者自愿参与实验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The subject has no asthma, cardiovascular disease, or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; (2) The test subjects had no color blindness or color deficiency; (3) The subject did not participate in regular long-term physical exercise except for regular physical activities at school; (4) Screening of overweight and obese children: body mass index corresponding to age; (5) The subjects voluntarily participated in the experiment.

排除标准:

①受试者依从性差; ②实验过程中,自动放弃参加实验; ③没有按照预定方案完成实验的青少年。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Poor subject compliance; (2) During the experiment, automatically give up participating in the experiment; (3) Adolescents who did not complete the experiment according to the predetermined protocol.
