研究目的：

针对全冠修复的活髓后牙，设计并制作了在合面用特殊颜色指示髓腔位置的牙冠，以便后续根管治疗时直接开髓。  

Objectives of Study：

For vital pulp posterior teeth which require full crown restorations, a custom dental crown was designed and fabricated with a color indicator on the occlusal surface to mark the pulp chamber’s location. This design facilitates direct access to the pulp during subsequent root canal treatment, eliminating the need to remove the crown for access.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18周岁以上，70周岁以下，无修复禁忌证。
2.因存在牙隐裂等牙体疾患而需全冠修复。
3.基牙为活髓牙，且无自发痛、夜间痛、阵发痛、咬合痛等牙髓炎和根尖周炎症状。
4.资料完整，包括修复前的CBCT和牙备后的口扫取模。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years or older and under 70 years, with no contraindications for dental restoration.
2. Full crown restoration is required due to dental conditions such as cracked teeth.
3. The abutment tooth must be a vital tooth, with no symptoms of spontaneous pain, nocturnal pain, paroxysmal pain, or occlusal pain associated with pulpitis or periapical periodontitis.
4. Complete information, including pre-restoration CBCT scans and intraoral digital impressions after tooth preparation, is available.

排除标准：

1.未控制的糖尿病、牙周炎，吸烟量≥20根/天，严重的错合畸形或不良咬合习惯（偏侧咀嚼、夜磨牙等）。
2.修复前CBCT显示髓腔形态变异大或钙化严重。
3.拒绝加入本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled diabetes, periodontitis, smoking ≥20 cigarettes/day, severe malocclusion, or harmful occlusal habits (e.g., unilateral chewing, bruxism at night).
2. CBCT prior to restoration reveals significant variations in pulp cavity morphology or severe calcification.
3. Refusal to participate in this study.
