研究目的：

从临床代谢组学角度阐明肝豆灵片治疗肝豆状核变性的作用机制，为肝豆灵片治疗HLD疗效评价以及作用机制研究奠定基础  

Objectives of Study：

From the perspective of clinical metabolomics, elucidate the mechanism of action of Ganduling tablets in the treatment of Wilson's disease, laying a foundation for the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of Ganduling tablets on HLD and the study of its mechanism of action.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合肝豆状核变性诊断《中国肝豆状核变性诊治指南 2021》； 2.年龄 15-55 岁； 3.避免在研究期间服用其他中药或者中成药； 4.患者或法定代理人知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Complies with the diagnosis of hepatolenticular degeneration in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hepatolenticular Degeneration 2021; 2. Age range from 15 to 55 years old; 3. Avoid taking other traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations during the study period; 3. The patient or legal representative shall give informed consent and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.肝硬化失代偿期，表现为门脉高压、腹水、脾大(WBC<3.0×10^9/L，PT<50×10^9)、食管静脉曲张、消化道出血、中重度贫血或肝性脑病； 2.中重度抑郁症、近期有过自杀想法或者行为、有严重的精神病症状； 3.有严重癫痫发作史； 4.在研究期间服用其他中药或者中成药 5.无法配合治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Liver cirrhosis in the decompensated stage, manifested by portal hypertension, ascites, splenomegaly (WBC<3.0×10 9/L, PT<50×10 9), esophageal varices, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, moderate-to-severe anemia, or hepatic encephalopathy; 2. moderate-to-severe depression, recent suicidal thoughts or behavior, or severe psychiatric symptoms; 3. a history of severe seizures; 4. taking other Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines during the study period 5. patients who are unable to cooperate with the treatment.

肝豆灵胶囊干预组在HLD 病例对照组基础上给予肝豆灵胶囊（0.3g/粒，安徽中医药大学第一附属医院制剂中心）治疗，每天三次，每次 5 粒，连续治疗 6 周。

The intervention group of Gandouling capsules on the basis of the HLD case-control group, liver douling capsules(0.3g/capsule, prepared by the Preparation Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) were given three times a day, with 5 capsules each time, for a continuous treatment of 6 weeks.
