研究目的：

（1）探究首发冠心病患者住院期间病情稳定后（T1）、出院后2周（T2）、出院后3个月（T3）、出院后6个月（T4）运动恐惧水平及影响因素； （2）构建冠心病患者运动恐惧发展轨迹模型，并识别运动恐惧轨迹的潜在类别及其人群特征。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the level and influencing factors of motor phobia in patients with first-episode coronary heart disease after stable condition (T1), 2 weeks after discharge (T2), 3 months after discharge (T3), and 6 months after discharge (T4) during hospitalisation. (2) To construct a model of the development trajectory of exercise fear in patients with coronary heart disease, and to identify the potential categories and population characteristics of movement fear trajectory.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合冠心病诊断标准且首次确诊的患者； ②年龄18～75（含）岁； ③知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1 Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease and are diagnosed for the first time; 2 Aged 18 to 75 (inclusive) years; 3 Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①精神疾病和认知功能障碍； ②存在明显视听障碍者； ③根据《中国心脏康复与二级预防指南解读》中禁止心脏康复标准，评估有禁忌症的患者（不稳定性心绞痛未控制、心功能Ⅳ级、未控制的严重心律失常、未控制的高血压[静息收缩压>180 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）或静息舒张压>100 mm Hg]、高热或严重感染、恶液质状态、多器官功能衰竭或无法配合者）。

Exclusion criteria：

1 mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; 2 Those with obvious audio-visual impairment; 3 Patients with contraindications (unstable angina pectoris, cardiac function grade IV, uncontrolled severe arrhythmia, uncontrolled hypertension [resting systolic blood pressure > 180 mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 k Pa) or resting diastolic blood pressure > 100 mm Hg], high fever or severe infection, cachexia state, multi-organ failure, or inability to cooperate) were evaluated according to the criteria for prohibiting cardiac rehabilitation in the Chinese Guidelines for Cardiac Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention .
