研究目的:

(1)探究不同刺激条件下(刺激位置、刺激频率、刺激电极)的阻抗值,明确不同刺激条件刺激强度限制; (2)探究TI刺激对健康成年人神经兴奋性的影响; (3)探究TI刺激对健康成年人运动控制能力的影响; (4)探究TI刺激对健康成年人大脑功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) To explore the impedance values of different stimulus conditions (stimulus position, stimulus frequency, stimulus electrode), and clarify the stimulus intensity limit under different stimulus conditions; (2) to explore the effect of TI stimulation on neuroexcitability in healthy adults; (3) to explore the effect of TI stimulation on motor control in healthy adults; (4) to explore the effects of TI stimulation on brain function in healthy adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.试招募健康被试40名,男性,年龄18-25岁; 2.右利手,无神经、精神疾病史,无运动障碍,无金属植入物。

Inclusion criteria

1.A total of 40 healthy subjects, male, aged 18-25 years old, were recruited; 2.Right-handed, no history of neurological or psychiatric disorders, no movement disorders, no metal implants.

排除标准:

怀孕,癫痫史,颅内手术史,使用可能影响中枢神经系统的药物。

Exclusion criteria:

Pregnancy, history of epilepsy, history of intracranial surgery, use of medications that may affect the central nervous system.
